The Russian History Museum is proud to announce that it was awarded an absolute charter from the New York State Education Department. The NYS Board of Regents approved the charter in its April meeting.
The absolute charter certifies that the Russian History Museum meets organizational and educational standards, acknowledging its record of stability and programmatic excellence.
“Receiving the absolute charter is an important milestone for our museum and demonstrates meaningful recognition of our work on the state level,” said Michael Perekrestov, the Russian History Museum’s Executive Director. “We are deeply grateful to our board members, staff, volunteers, and generous supporters who believe in the importance of our educational mission and make it possible for the museum to grow and thrive.”
