The Russian History Museum presented their third livestream program on Tuesday, August 24.

During this highly successful program, Executive Director Michael Perekrestov and curator Nick Nicholson chatted about the recent restoration of the Alexander Palace. Dovetailing with Nick’s expedition to Russia for a new exhibition featuring fifty artifacts loaned by the Russian History Museum to the Tsarskoe Selo Museum-Heritage Site, this event gave viewers a unique opportunity to see behind-the-scenes images of the palace’s restoration.

Throughout the program, audience members joining from both Zoom and YouTube were able to ask Nick and Michael their questions in real time about the restoration project and items in the museum’s collection.
